Hi Loves! Here is a list of essentials that I’m packing in my hospital bag!
I am packing mine and the baby’s things in a small carry on luggage, and my husband’s things, camera equipment, and snacks in a duffle bag!

My Hospital Bag Checklist:
*Not bringing these because they are provided by the hospital: hospital gown, towel, breast pump, medications, tucks pads, perineal pain spray, pads, mesh underwear*
Husband:
- 2 Outfits
- 2 PJs
- Toiletries
- Snacks/drinks (+ for mom after delivery)
- ID (many L&D and Postpartum units are lock-down units and visitors must have their ID in order to create a name badge and enter)
- Blanket/Pillow
