For many soldiers on the front lines, the trauma of war can be as difficult to combat as the war itself. To help, the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, created a program to support Ukrainian women veterans, families of internally displaced people and loved ones of service members. The program is part of USAID’s Self-Reliance Program. Anna Kosstutschenko has the story.
