SEOUL: South Korea, Japan and the United States conducted a joint air exercise involving a nuclear-capable bomber on Sunday (Nov 3), the South Korean military said, in response to North Korea’s call . latest long-range missile test.

“This exercise demonstrates the South Korean-U.S. alliance’s commitment to integrated extended deterrence in response to North Korea’s growing nuclear and missile threats,” the South’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said -Koreans in a press release.
During the aerial maneuver, South Korean and Japanese aircraft escorted the U.S. strategic bomber to a designated location south of the Korean Peninsula, “demonstrating an overwhelming ability to quickly and accurately strike simulated targets,” it said. he added.
