The man who dropped the n-word multiple times during a wild brawl with police officers at the Georgia-Florida college football game Saturday allegedly threatened a woman just moments before the chaotic incident broke out. produce.
Jacksonville sheriff’s officers wrote in a police report, obtained by TMZ Sportsthat police were first called to the scene after a female security guard at Everbank Stadium said the man — identified as Walter Brown — had made a threat to him.
Cops said in the documents that the woman tried to kick Brown out of the room because of it — but he was combative … and said “he wasn’t going anywhere.”
JSO officers – one of whom is black – eventually confronted Brown following the woman’s claims, and body camera footage showed the guy was unwilling to listen to orders…and also made racist comments throughout their encounter.
In the video, you can see the officers tasing Brown – who continually threw the n-word during the altercation – and eventually handcuffing him.
According to the incident report, the officers suffered several injuries during the encounter… including scratches and a puncture wound.
Brown, meanwhile, suffered a laceration to his eye, officers wrote in the documents.
Brown was ultimately arrested and jailed on four separate charges: battery on a law enforcement officer, violently resisting an officer, disorderly intoxication and trespassing on property.
Brown, according to documents, had threatened to sue the officers for their actions… but the Jacksonville sheriff TK Waters said Monday that after reviewing body camera footage, law enforcement officers “acted within their policy of protecting themselves and nearby fans.”
