CBRE Investment Management has announced that Oliver Bonas, the independent British lifestyle store, has signed a deal at the Ashley Centre, Epsom’s premier shopping destination. ProCook, the specialist kitchenware brand, was also recently able to set up shop at the destination, with both retailers advancing the owner’s ambitious leasing strategy.
Oliver Bonas will open a 2,390 square foot store, showcasing its full line of fashion, homewares, jewelry, furniture and gifts. Designed by the brand’s specialist team, the store will complement the local brands.
Oliver Tress, founder of Oliver Bonas, said: “We are pleased to announce that the Ashley Center will join our store portfolio as we continue to grow our physical presence across the UK. This area is a key location, with a large catchment area that we can draw on and provides us with further opportunities to grow our customer base in Surrey.
ProCook, the specialist kitchenware brand, has opened a 2,124 m² store at the Ashley Centre, adjacent to Next. Founded 28 years ago, ProCook has become the UK’s leading direct-to-consumer cookware brand, offering high quality ranges with 5-star customer service and offering a whole new use center.
