1:08 p.m. (Pacific Time) — JacquesThe church – The Potter’s House in Dallas – just released a statement… writing that the pastor suffered a “mild health incident and received immediate medical attention.” He is stable and under medical care.
TD Jakes – a popular Christian pastor – appeared to have a medical emergency during his Sunday sermon…convulsing on stage.
The preacher and motivational speaker was streaming to his audiences both at church and at home… and, although his voice sounded calm and he was wiping sweat from his brow, nothing seemed to come out ordinary at first.
Watch the video… Jakes suddenly stops talking, letting his hands fall to his sides, and he begins to shake. Several people from backstage rush to his aid and the feed cuts out.
This comes seconds after Jakes told his audience he loves them and talked about going to visit someone in the hospital who ends up cheering the visitor on – almost as if he knows something isn’t it wasn’t going.
It’s unclear what exactly happened to Jakes… we’ve reached out to his camp for more details – so far, no response.
If you don’t know, Jakes… he’s the senior pastor at The Potter’s House, a megachurch based in Dallas, Texas. He has written numerous books on religion and self-help.

He gained national attention last year when rumors of an alleged relationship with Diddy began surfacing online… rumors that he fiercely denied during his Christmas speech last year.
Hopefully Jakes is okay and makes a full recovery.
