It looks like Lil Xan didn’t escape unscathed after brutalizing a spectator last week… because it appears the rapper was slammed right after.
In an exclusive video obtained by TMZ… LX can be seen being taken and thrown to the ground by a larger dude… shortly after throwing a mic at a man in the audience before kicking him in the face.
It’s unclear if the guy who threw Lil Xan to the ground was a security guard… but whoever he was, it was clear he didn’t put up with any nonsense.
Just before the grand slam, Lil Xan was forcibly escorted off stage at Royale, a nightclub in Boston. The new video shows Xan appearing to throw the hands before the body slam.

It’s unclear why the initial incident took place – although another angle appears to show the guy turning off LX before Xan throws the mic at him.
We’re told security tried to arrest Xan after everything went down, but he took off — and law enforcement sources tell us the cops were called just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police sources say the call was about assault and battery…and the man in the pit refused medical attention at the scene.
Cops also say they were told Xan had assaulted two other people as he left the club – they were told they were looking for Xan, not sure if they had ever put him in touch.
