Undefeated lightweight Caroline Dubois will continue her run towards a world title shot when she faces Jessica Camara in Sheffield on January 11.
Dubois, who has won all 10 professional fights, will face the former Canadian world title challenger at Canon Medical Arena.
The 23-year-old Londoner is targeting Doncaster’s WBO champion Terri Harper and has also already called on Irish superstar Katie Taylor, who holds the WBA and WBC belts.
“Caroline has a big future ahead of her. She is aiming for world titles and unifications, but she will have to do her best to defeat an experienced world-class operator,” said Boxxer promoter Ben Shalom.
Camara has won 14 fights and lost four, including a loss to WBO light welterweight champion Kali Reis in 2021.
In the main event, unbeaten super middleweight Callum Simpson will defend his British and Commonwealth title for the first time against Steed Woodall.
The 28-year-old, undefeated in 15 fights, won the title in August at the home of his beloved Barnsley Football Club’s Oakwell Stadium by edging out Zak Chelli.
“Yorkshire has such a proud boxing history,” Simpson added. “I want to make the county proud and add to that.”
