WRLD Juice‘s posthumous release isn’t getting much love from his fans…many are turning to X and calling the record an affront to his legacy.
“The Party Never Ends” – JW’s latest album – was released on Friday…and while many were eagerly awaiting the new album, some didn’t think it lived up to the late rapper’s exacting standards.
Look at some of the comments on social media… people are criticizing every part of the production – from track selection to disappointing features and everything in between.
The biggest takeaway for many of these fans…this album is damaging to Juice’s legacy – because so much hype around the project has built up sky-high expectations, and it’s truly a disappointing entry into his discography.
It should be noted that every part of this album has been analyzed – and over-analyzed – by fans… with even Juice WRLD names being thrown out and blow up album cover these last few days.
As you know… Juice WRLD died nearly five years ago after suffering a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport. Police sources told us that he was bleeding from the mouth when help arrived.
The cause of death was ultimately determined to be accidental Oxycodone overdose.
“The Party Never Ends” is Juice’s second posthumous release… the first, “Legends Never Die”, having been released just months after his death. This album received generally positive reviews.
Unfortunately, it looks like fans don’t have the same love for this one.
