Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore has put his five-bedroom, 9,757-square-foot mansion in Charlotte, North Carolina on the market for $5 million.
Moore, 27, began his career with the Carolina Panthers before being traded to the Bears last year.
Situated on 3.9 acres on Lake Wylie, Moore’s home features 5 1/2 bathrooms, open floor plan, swing entry door, great room with pocket doors, screened balcony overlooking the lake and a kitchen with backlit quartzite counters and an entertaining bar.
Other features include a master bedroom with fireplace, private balcony and recently installed custom closets and upgraded lighting, as well as a bathroom with soaking tub, dual entry shower and custom backlit quartzite countertops. The home also features a scullery, recreation room, bonus room, second laundry room, and a lower level with a large great room, bonus areas, gym, a theater room and a lakeside garage.
Outside there is a swimming pool and an in-ground trampoline. The property overlooks Lake Wylie, a man-made lake located on the border of North and South Carolina.
Records show that Moore’s Land of Dreams Trust paid $5 million for the mansion in June 2022, which at the time was newly constructed.
As Elite Street reported last year, Moore sold a five-bedroom, 4,498-square-foot home in Charlotte for $1.3765 million in May 2023.
