Police release CCTV images after serious assault outside Glasgow nightclub


Police have released CCTV images following a serious assault outside a Glasgow nightclub.

Cops launched a probe following the attack, which happened outside Revolution on Mitchell Street in the city at around 1.30am on Saturday, October 2.

As part of their ongoing enquiries, officers are appealing to the public for help in tracing a man they believe may be able to ‘assist them’ in their enquiries.

He is described as being white, around 6ft, with light hair and of slim build.

At the time the incident took place the man was wearing a dark coloured jacket.

Detective Constable Larissa Cooper, of Glasgow City Centre CID, said: “I would urge the man depicted in these images, or anyone who has information relating him, to make contact with the police.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact CID via 101, quoting incident number 2374 of October 6, 2021, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed on anonymously.”
