The woman who featured in Kevin Hart’s infamous sex tape is reportedly suing the Hollywood comedian for $60 million!!
On Tuesday, celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom tweeted out that she is now representing “the woman at the center of the Kevin Hart scandal,” whose name is Montia Sabbag.
Bloom stated that Montia “was briefly involved with Kevin Hart a month ago. Since that time, she has been the subject of false, vicious attacks on her character.”
Amid the scandal, Hart claimed that Montia and his friend Jonathan Todd “JT” Jackson tried to extort him for millions of dollars or she would release the tape. Hart refused to pay up, and the tape was released.
But the woman is claiming that Hart pulled a Smollett and actually conspired with Jackson to hide the camera and leak the video to raise publicity around his comedy tour.
“I made a bad error in judgment, and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did,” Hart said at the time in an apology video.
Montia is suing for negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.
