EASTER is over a month away, but Tesco has got us even more egg-cited with a half-price sale on large Easter eggs.
From Wednesday – March 20 – Tesco shoppers can pick up 15 different chocolate eggs from brands including Cadbury, Nestle, M&M and Terry’s Chocolate Orange at bargain prices.
The eggs usually cost £4, but customers can then get them for only £2 each.
The treat giving you the most chocolate for your bucks is the Cadbury Wispa Gold egg weighing 276g, and it also comes with two bars of the popular chocolate.
The smallest egg is the Cadbury Mini Egg pack weighing only 177g, but this also comes with a bag of mini eggs and a mug.
Tesco’s offer will be available both online and in stores, but only for a week until March 26.
The next best price on the treats is offered by Asda, where the eggs currently cost you £2.50 each, down from £3.
Or you can pick up three large Easter eggs for £10 at Morrisons, or one for £4.
Terry’s Chocolate Orange Easter egg is so far only available in Tesco.
In a separate offer, Tesco shoppers can currently get Cadbury Creme Eggs for just 20p each by picking up two boxes for £2.
The deal will see shoppers save £1.30 on the two boxes, which come with five chocolate treats each and usually cost £1.65.
The offer is available both online and in stores until March 19, as long as stocks last.
Buying individual eggs is usually more expensive costing around 50p, although Sainsbury’s is currently selling them for 35p.

Easter Sunday isn’t actually until April 21, so the deals at Tesco might be the best time to stock up on your chocolate.
Cadbury has recently come under fire for shrinking the size of its Easter eggs without slashing the price to match.
Meanwhile, Asda is selling a MARMITE flavoured chocolate egg this year and it’s divided the country.
